The following Terms of Use govern your use of the Geosot, Inc. (“Geosot”) website (the “Site”). Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of and your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use without modification. If any of these Terms of Use are not acceptable to you for any reason, you must exit immediately and discontinue using the Site.
Geosot’S LICENSE TO YOU TO USE THE SITE
Geosot grants you permission to view and to use the Site and to print individual pages from the Site subject to the restrictions set forth below. The Site and its contents are for your personal and non-commercial use only. The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. Unless indicated otherwise, the services described on the Site are available directly from or through Geosot. Geosot has made a conscientious effort to display and describe its services on the Site accurately so that you can get a good idea of the nature, character and implementation of the services offered. Geosot is constantly improving its services in response to the latest technological advancements. Consequently, Geosot cannot and does not guarantee that the services displayed or described to you on its website are or will remain accurate in every detail.

Geosot Proprietary Material is protected by applicable worldwide intellectual property rights and, except as provided by these Terms of Use, Geosot grants no express or implied right to use any Geosot Proprietary Material.
Geosot OWNS INFORMATION, SUGGESTIONS, IDEAS, ETC. THAT YOU SUBMIT
Any comments, suggestions, information, ideas or other submissions that you provide to Geosot by using the Site or which are otherwise provided to Geosot in connection with your use of the Site will become Geosot’s property. The act of providing any such suggestion, ideas, information, feedback, or materials constitutes an assignment to Geosot of all worldwide right, title and interest, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, in and to the material and information you provide to Geosot. Geosot will be under no obligation whatsoever to use, respond to or pay any compensation with respect to any idea, information, submission or suggestion provided by you and may remove or delete any such idea, information, suggestion or submission at any time in Geosot’s sole discretion. No information, material, or comment provided to Geosot by you through the Site may contain vulgar, obscene, threatening or otherwise unlawful language or material. Geosot REMOTE SUPPORT
All remote support connections are encrypted and follow the latest security technologies. Geosot, Inc. solely uses remote connections after a client’s request and is used only to resolve any computer related problems. Contract based clients fall under the retrospective agreement with Geosot, Inc Geosot, Inc. holds no responsibility an is not liable for any claims occurred after Geosot, Inc. has disconnected with the remote support.
PRICE POLICY
All “emergency” service support calls require a deposit payment $120.00 which covers the time of a technician to come onsite and diagnose an issue. At this point the amount of work will be determined and the client will be notified promptly if any additional cost is applicable.
All “managed” services, project based services or “block of time” services are covered by a signed agreement each time & therefore pricing can’t pre-determined. Any cancellation, refund or payments terms will be dictated and covered by the terms of that agreement only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
An emergency support call can be cancelled up and fully refunded up until 30 minutes before the appointment time that was agreed.
For “Managed Services”, “block of time” or “Project Based work” any cancellation, refund or payments terms will be dictated and covered by the terms of that agreement only.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
For “emergency” a full refund will be granted if the call is cancelled within the accepted timeframe.
